Richard
C Johnson of Helena, MT died at his family home July 20, 2010. He was born in
Corvalis, OR, December 19, 1960 and relocated often due to his dad's military
career.
Rich graduated from Helena High School in 1979 and immediately enlisted in the US Marine Corp where he served state side and in Okinawa, Japan until discharged honorably in 1983. While in the Marine Corp he became a computer programer, fluent in many of the "computer languages" He continued in this career as a programmer and consultant mostly in the Eastern States with a couple short term overseas jobs, until his early retirement.
He loved sharpshooting, softball, 2 man beach volleyball and snowboarding.
Parents are Clayton R and Charlotte A Johnson. Sister Mary Graveley (Sandy) 2 nephews, a niece; 2 great nephews and a great niece.
Visitation for family and friends will be at the Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, Saturday, July 24th at 1:00 p.m. with the service to follow at 2:30 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Harrison.
